K LOVES ketchup...I started giving it to him to help him eat better....and it worked, but now he dips everything in it...veggies, fruit, sandwhiches, and the normal things too of course!
Here he is eating lunch....with lots of ketchup!

We're going through the same thing right now. Noah would put ANYTHING in ketchup. Which is pretty American. People over here are really amazed by it. But at least they've sarted making reduced salt and sugar ketchup. In the meantime, if it makes him eat his veggies, I say go for it!
